My Blaze hasn’t been notifying me of text messages in the last week or so. Phone call notifications still work, but not text. Not sure what other app notifications I’m missing if any, but after running all of the troubleshooting options on this forum and working with the live chat support folks, still no fix.

I’ve been experiencing the same with my blaze. I get phone call notifications on the watch but not texts. I’m thinking it started after the Fitbit app update on 31 Jan so hoeing for another update to work this bug out. I tried all the troubleshooting options on the forum and also contacted them via the live chat feature. Fantastic customer Service but they didn’t have a fix for me. Just created a ticket to track my case with their engineering team.

A couple things to check.

Swipe down on the Blaze clock Face and make sure notifications are turned on.

Check the settings in the app and the phones notification center?

Has the app paired the tracker to the phone yet?

Yes I checked all of those things myself. And then again with the Fitbit support team via the live chat. Restarted both, paired it, checked notifications etc.

It's great to welcome you @V4short, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself and @Rich_Laue for stopping by.

If your Blaze isn't receiving texts, I recommend taking a look at the How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? article. Also, please check that your notifications settings are correctly configured on your phone for the following apps:

  1. The Fitbit App
  2. Phone
  3. Messages (text)
  4. Calendar
  5. 3rd Party Apps

If this issue persists, provide me with a screenshot of your notifications settings for the messages app. You can attach images by following the instructions provided in this post.

Hope to hear from you soon.
