The Office of Records Management provides a full range of records management services to all County Government offices. These services include electronic imaging, records storage, and microfilm security storage. The Records Manager operates the County Records Center, located at the Willowbank Building in Bellefonte.

Many of the County's oldest original records have been transferred to the Centre County Library and Historical Museum in Bellefonte. They also have many other resources focused on genealogical research and Centre County history.
